  • Sharing a super-king master bedroom

    From £190 per night.

    Prices vary throughout the week and seasons so do check different dates to compare.

    10% discount on stays of 6 nights or more

    3-night minimum stay during peak season dates or a short stay supplement applies.

  • The second bedroom is setup for younger guests however adult children travelling with parents can also be accommodated in a twin or double.

    The supplement is £20 per child per night.

    Please note, the garden is terraced and young children must be supervised at all times.

Sleeps: Up to 4 guests - 2 adults, 2 children
Minimum stay: 2 nights (3+ nights during peak season).
Nightly rate from: £190
Booking deposit: 50% at the time of booking. Payable by major cards & Paypal.
Balancing payments: Remaining balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. In the case of booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment is to be made at the time of booking.
Damage deposit: A pre-authorisation of £250.00 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 3 days after departure (so long as no damage has been caused).
Arrive/depart: Check-in: 3-11pm. Check-out: 11am.
Parking: Two off-road parking spaces are available to use.
Access: The accommodation and patio are wheelchair accessible - all on one level with step-free access. The wet room has a clear turning area for wheelchairs. Please read our full accessibility statement and get in touch if you have queries as to how suitable the space would be for your requirements.

Longer Stays: Depending on the time of year, we may offer discounts for longer stays (Maximum of 31 days). Please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do for you.

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 29 days before arrival or earlier. 10% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
